Fabio Senne is project coordinator at the Regional Centre of Studies on Information and Communication Technololgies under the auspices of UNESCO (Cetic.br). The surveys conducted by the Centre have supported the definition of Brazilian government strategies for digital inclusion, universal access to broadband, e-government and knowledge society development. Cetic.br also conducts annual surveys aimed at media and children development, such as the ICT in Education (since 2010), ICT Kids Online Brazil (since 2012) and ICT in Culture (since 2015). Senne has a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Brasília and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo.
